Axes and grids
Grid axes as a shared reference for all follow-on work.
Application
Positions and contours for components and formwork.

In structural work, we transfer positions and contours for components and formwork directly from the CAD plan onto the floor. Your fixed points or axes serve as the reference, so all markings share one system and can be checked on site.
Grid axes as a shared reference for all follow-on work.
Contours of walls, columns and recesses at 1:1 scale.
Formwork positions as a clear template for installation.
Concrete, screed, industrial and hall floors as well as paved outdoor areas, indoors and outdoors, and in principle car parks too. The surface should be as level, dry, stable and drivable as possible. The method is unsuitable for exhibition stands because the ink stays on the floor.
Durability depends heavily on how the area is used. As a rule, the markings remain visible throughout the relevant construction phase. Outdoors, weather, rain or heavy site traffic can affect visibility over time. We reprint if required.
Markings are executed with high precision in the millimetre range, directly from your digital plans and tracked by a Leica total station with 1″ angular accuracy.
Printing is not possible where obstacles are in the way. Smaller joints and slight height differences, such as a steel plate, are no problem. In extremely dusty conditions we do not operate, to protect the equipment. Narrow spots are possible, but there must be enough room for the station: the printer needs a minimum distance of 3 m from it.
